Bankruptcy Case No.: 18-bk-4705
On June 5, 2018, Suncoast Beach Vacation Rentals LLC filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and the case is pending before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa under the case number referenced above. Dawn A. Carapella was appointed by the Court as the Trustee for Suncoast’s bankruptcy estate. This firm has been appointed as counsel for the Trustee.
Be advised that the Trustee has terminated the business operations of Suncoast Beach Vacations Rentals LLC. No existing reservations will be honored and no new reservations will be accepted.
